about

This is a little ukulele ballad I wrote in a motel room in Lecce while I was touring with Carpacho... the lyrics are in 'invented' english, but I decided to keep them anyway cause I think they sound good - despite the fact they don't mean almost nothing - like some kind of a McCartney impression... the bass line is splitted between left and right channel and a little delayed, just like in 'Faster than snakes..." Original working title was "snakes on a plain"... what else to say? it's a good exit track after all this distorted madness! and it's the only one you can play acoustic. Your grandma will love it.

"Solar Barbecue" marks their comeback with a new ALL-INSTRUMENTAL opus centered around funny chords, frantic paces and exhilarating arrangements.
